Cover shot for a magazine!!!!!!!

I'm not sure which was chose, both were in the finals, but the PR/Media guy told me unless the folks at the magazine (a local one) change their mind at the last minute, my shot was chosen!!! Here are the 2 in the finals (the PR guy did the crop on the first one). There were shots from 3 other photogs entered!!!!

Good shots Jane, when the guy cropped the first one he didn't leave much space for the print for a magazine cover. Nice work.

Congratulations - no you can apply for media accreditation at other events... :)

Make sure you get your comps, Jane... you should get two comps for your files... or one comp and a few covers...

He rolled over as the alarm went off & said "happy birthday" & that was it! I thought since he's in the dog house, he would have at least stopped & got me a piece of chocolate, but NO!! Oh well...next year, to heck with him - it will be my 50th & if I have to plan the party - so be it!!!!!

Thanks...I got my present a few hours ago...he wants a divorce. How's that for memorable. SO, I may be on here even less for a while...guess I have a lot to do...pretty numb right now to make any decisions. I know it's for the best, just don't know how to handle it.

I have been through a divorce myself and know how you are feeling right now.

It gets better and you will find life after marriage is not bad.

You will meet new people, get out more and eventually enjoy being free.

thanks....just can't sleep right now or stop crying. I know it's for the best - I don't want to continue living with a man that doesn't love me - just makes me sick he's been thinking about it for a year. Well, I need to at least try to sleep - have to be at work in 4 hrs.
