Big Daddy's Angel Hair Pasta and Meatballs
1 pound 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 Pound Italian Sausage
1 teaspoon A Rent A Chef Seasoning
1 TBSP Basil
1 TBSP Oregano
1 yellow onion minced.... (use half for the meatballs, and half for the sauce)
1 green pepper, minced, half for meatballs, half for sauce
1 8 ounce package of white button top mushrooms ( half for meatballs, and half for the sauce)... Mince half the package for the meatballs)
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
3 eggs
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP olive oil
2 C Bella Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Mix above ingredients together and form into large 3" meatballs. Roll meatballs in another cup of Bread crumbs.
Put into a olive oil greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degree oven for a total of 40 minutes, turning over after 20 minutes. After finished baking, remove from oven, cover with sauce (about one large spoon full per meatball, and fresh parmesan cheese) ....return to oven and warm for 10 minutes.
Sauce
1/2 yellow onion minced
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 TBSP minced garlic
1/2 package of sliced mushrooms
Olive Oil
Sautee until vegetables are tender, and then add
2 Jars Barilla Mushroom and Garlic sauce
1 jar Barilla Tomato Basil
Simmer everything for about 10 minutes, until nice and warm.
Spoon over baked meatballs, (about one large serving spoon per meatball), and a bit of parmesan cheese. Return to warm oven for about 10 minutes,.....
Reserve extra sauce for the pasta....
Serve with Angel Hair Pasta .....
