A lovely scene, I love the snow capped mountain in the distance it really gives a sense of distance. Looks like a nice spot to spend some time........but the Lake??....I guess it's behind the building. lol

Thanks Jan, the lake is behind me the other photo named waterton lake has water in it !!

It looks like a nice place to visit Sue.
A couple of suggestions to consider.
1. crop the bottom to just above the curb thing that is encroaching in from the right.
2. crop the left hand side to lose the tree branches top right and crop the right to lose the silver car.
I think this will improve the composition somewhat
