All images must be entered in the alloted time period, any added before or after the Start/Finish date will be excluded.
The image does not have to be taken in the round time period, you may enter any image you have taken (as long as it hasn't been entered into any previous round of POTY.)
The judging will be as with the Monthly Challenge, a poll will be put up and the membership will vote for their favourite.
In the case of a tie the casting vote will be made by myself (Bad Bad Man).
