| Hi, This was taken at my mum's house in the New Forest (UK). Gear was Canon EOS 20D 70-300 IS at 5.6 1/40 sec. I was able to get quite close. cheers Jono | |

| that was lucky seeing him as hawks are always flying when i see them, never sat on a branch....

| There is a big difference in between photographing birds in the wild and/or in captivity. I always score extra credit for the in wild ones, even if their quality is not 100%. | |
