You have taken a very nice agricultural shot of these turnips Terri.
I would like to see the grey areas on the left hand side cloned/cropped out as they draw the eye to them but other than that a super picture. :)

Another great shot Terri, can you tell me, do these have white or yellow flesh. What we call turnips in Australia have white flesh and we also have Swedes that have yellow flesh. I was surprised that in Ireland they call the yellow flesh ones Turniips. Big in the Irish cuisine.

Gosh Jan...I actually couldn't tell you. I think they are more white. I don't cook with them...and I don't often see them in dishes.
Stewart...I think your right, I'll get on removing the gray part.
