Okay...first of all...clueless question.....is that a sea wall?

See..that's what I like about it. It's simplicity...I do wish there were more to the sky, but...that's all I had to work with that day.

I don't think that's a sea wall...it's on Lake Michigan in the Port of Milwaukee. I think that is the wall they use to walk out to the lighthouse.

Well, it is a wonderful photo....It would make a lovely BIG print.... But you know me.,,,I love BIG prints!

i do love the simplicity of it but it really breaks the rules with the wall literally halving the image then the horizon thirds it, i don't think more of the sky is what was needed but a few clouds to break it up slightly would help a lot imho a really simple sky fix could help it a lot

You know where I think this would look great Terri? In an art gallery, really huge and taking up a whole wall.

I like the sky just as it is.

I would burn in the sail boat, to darken it and pull out the highlights.

But I like the simplicity as well.

I figured the boat could do with a little more detail, so I looked in all three channels to see what I could bring in - sadly it's completely blown out, so nothing could be done - I had a try with the burn tool, to see if I could fake it, but I think it's burnt just a little too much in this one now - what do you think??
