This Camellia is so huge the buds quite often fall off before they open. The flower is almost 5.5 inches across. I had to hold it up to get a shot of the front. :-)

Thanks Fee and Vanetta, I have had this bush in a very large pot for 8 years now. Under shade cloth. The soil at our old house was not really suitable for Camillias. I think it maybe ok here.
