Hey Sharon - TIFF ain't only for pristine photos it's about sharing our world with others and what a great series to share. With some wonderful bits to observe.

#1 - what a fine man, great dof on the nice clear & crisp photo and I just "love" the fact his carrier bag hanging off his umbrella matches his outfit!Very Happy

#2 Great capture of a group clearly happy to be there - well done!Orange walk 264697

#3 It's the can of Tizer of the drum that caught my eye!!Very Happy

#4 That guy is giving you 'The Look!' Twisted Evil

Thanks for sharing ~ John

I love seeing your photos actually everyones !!! By sharing I get to see places and things that I will never see in this life.......maybe next time around Orange walk 537381

All of them are good to me..clear, good colors, nice focus etc....

The dud in the kilt...what is the white thing hanging from his belt ??

I didn't know the Red Hat Society was worldwide, the man needs a hat :)

In your drum photo the first thing I saw was the container on the big drum and the hat on the little one.....

The flute dude is watching you Orange walk 264697

thank you all for your comments
John my first intention on the shot of the drums was just that, drums with the hat sitting on top, all abandoned but no one in a crowd of 4,000 going anywhere near them then i saw the can of tizer through the lens and thought it an amusing addition and anyway i didn't dare try to remove it lol
what look?
Fee there should be loads of men in kilts somewhere on this site unless they have been deleted, everytime i see a man in a kilt i just have to take a photo Wink
Jan funny enough there were no bagpipes on this march they are mostly flute bands and a few accordian bands but most of all they are made up of drummers what a noise!!! great though Very Happy
Kathy that white thing is called a sporran and a kilt outfit wouldn't be complete without it, since a traditional kilt does not have pockets, the sporran serves as a wallet and carrybag for any other necessary personal items such as a hip-flask.....
