The first one has so much potential but sadly the aperture setting was too low and created too much DOF blur for my personal liking. Would love to see this again at a higher f number.

Love the shape and pattern on #2 - maybe consider cropping out the top to lose the maginally distracting piece in the top right. Well seen and captured though Sharon - good work!

thanks John i felt the same about #1 but posted anyway, it was more the idea i liked than the result lol #2 i'll have a look at cropping that and see what it turns out like thanks
