The bit along the bottom is like that because I did an IR process on it and it being grasses it went white. The blurriness of it is because it was windy and it was moving.

I decided to keep it in the pic for the eerie look it has. :)

That's not blown out - it's white sauce... goes just as well with Brocolli as it does with Cauliflower ya know... :)
