There might be some more colour to pull out of the artwork and I would clone out the lights in the dark area at the bottom.

Some nice detail in there V you are really getting the hang of it now well done.

Adjusted, not designed to be perfect (see top right) but this took 5 mins.

PSPXI > adjust > sharpen> sharpen more x1
PSPXI > adjust > Hue / Saturation > Saturation level 15
PSPXI > adjsut > Brightness & contrast > Claify level 7

Cloned out (badly) top right & left into black

This is a wonderful pic Chevvy, I have taken the liberty of doing a slight adjustment.

In the levels - the light slider to the beginning of the graph.
The Curves - Click and drag the centre intersection 1/3 to the next line across, straight down the line.
