old boats

took these (along with another) for the Monthly challenge, but i couldn't decide which to use, the other shot won in my mind so these are going spare lol c&c welcome

It must have been a hard choice from the three.
All are very good in their own right.

Both shots are very well done, but my fave is #1. I kinda reminds me of a volkswagon bus 60's era

thanks Stewart & Kathy, Stewart normally i have a hard time finding one shot for the challenges this one was too easy, at least it was from where i was visiting, lol Kathy yeah it has a kinda sixties flower power feel to it

Sharon - they are all very good - #2 (above) gets the final vote for me - the dof is wonderful and I love the shapes and textures throughout. ~ John

thanks John, as i said the dof had some help but we passed this place everyday to get anywhere and i just had to have the shot, i waited for the sunniest day i could, it was on a main road with only a bus stop to stop the car so i had to hurry, hence no time to really change settings to get a really good dof
