lol she can't resist the fetch game and we forgot to bring her ball, so we threw a small stone in, she got in this far and realised she'd have to put her head under the water to get it, she decided against that and came splashing back to shore it's too deep mum 537381

niether, it's a loch, Loch Doon, very deep, one of the deepst in Scotland, and one of my favorite places for photography Very Happy

I love the tighter cropped photo Sharon. Now excuse my ignorance, but just what is the difference between a loch and a lake? Is a loch kind of like a fjord?

thanks Tracy, there isn't really a difference, just that Loch is the Scottish version of lake, there may have been a reason for the difference originally but i don't know what that was Very Happy
