Very different but interesting piece of abstract - looks like lines made by a broad tip felt marker on blotting paper.
Can't say I like it because it's not my scene - but a good piece of creativity all the same and one to inspire us all to experiment.

I took the original shot and duplicated the layer.
I then subjected it to a distortion with the ocean ripple filter.
Blended the two then converted to BW and colorised in Hue/Saturation. Very Happy
