| When I get home, I will try running it through some noise reduction software. Can't do anything while at work. No Photoshop, and it is a windows computer....gurrrrrr

| A high ISO and cropping has exacerbated the noise and the other two are camera shake/slow shutter speed.
When you do these sorts of pics you need to use your widest aperture and highest shutter speed combination you can achieve within the meter reading.
If you are going to do a lot of this sort of picture then a good 50mm f1.4 would help a lot.
Also you will have to accept that you won't be able to get close ups in this light without some downsides. |

| If the light is constant then take a meter reading from a face then set your shutter/aperture from that.
You could try doing some shots with slower shutter speeds to show the movement of the dance instead of trying to freeze it. |
