Holland and Elly

I had a shoot last week with two young ladies. They are sisters and a joy to be around. The next big town west of me is called Rheinfelden, Germany across the border is a town called...you guessed it Rheinfelden, Switzerland. It has been part of this area since the Romans and has a very long history. We scooted over to the swiss side where they have uncovered huge area of Roman Ruins from around 40 BC. The stone in the background are from the ruins. Enjoy

Brilliant eyes these two girls have. Lovely pictures of them Emily.
You can just see they are full of fun from the facial expressions.

Thanks Jan. Holland, the top photo is 7 now when she was 5 she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma a form of Cancer. She spent many days in the hospital and went through both Chemo and Radiation. Christmas 2006 she finished her treatment and was told she was doing okay. In January this year they found more lumps and thought it was back again but they seemed to go away and she was given the clear again. She is a little trooper for sure and very brave. She told me she isn't afraid of living her life to the fullest or of dying and wants to live every moment laughing and having fun. Both girls were a joy to be around. Her sister Elly just turned 9 the day of the shoot.
