I am still learning my way around the district Mt Hurtle Winery 165905

The Mt Hurtle Winery is just up the road, about a mile and a half I guess.
I think we need to take time to have a bit of a taste. Mt Hurtle Winery 537381

The little lake as you enter, ducks and all, but it was too late afternoon to catch them hiding in the shade

First vines just by the roadside. The large gum trees are on the side of the road, must be at least 250 years old.

The driveway, this was as far as I went. Definitely need to revisit.

Hi Jan. Like Sharon said earlier Dave & I really enjoyed being up the Barossa valley. The wine tasting was brilliant, only one thing wrong, there wasn't very much in the glass. only enough to wet my back teeth Ha Ha. Maybe it was just as well, There's an awful lot of wineries up there !!! Mt Hurtle Winery Schol
