It looks a little soft but that could be a good thing.
Try adding a duplicate layer and add some Gaussian Blur, and some Diffused Glow (make sure noise is at zero) then convert to BW.

Try blending with the original in Lighten mode, then try the others and various opacity/fill percentages. Very Happy

I agree with Stewart, that would make quite a dreamy effect and would suit this kind of shot Very Happy
