Kathy, these are all nice, but #1 is "magical"...she looks great, and you captured it very well Amber 169474 Amber 169474

Kathy - these are so clear, pin sharp and well composed.

#1 has a wonderful 'happy' feel to it.
#2 is my fav. primarily because you can see the eyes with a few catchlights and the pose is simply spot on.

Photos to be very proud of - well done! Amber 258426 Amber 258426

all great portraits Kathy but as Tracy said # 1 is magical, all have good eye contact and are pin sharp, i'm split between #1 and #2 as a favorite

CONGRATULATIONS Kathy, you have just posted the most complete set of excellent portrait shots you have ever taken.

#1 needs more eye contact but the others, bar a little cropping, are absolutely spot on.

Give yourself a big pat on the back. Amber 169474

Being a Portrait Photographer is not easy, a studio set up would be an advantage, if you haven't already done so read up as much as you can about taking portraits and lighting. Very Happy

If I can remember (I am sure you will remind me) I will post a tut on how to do the soft focus effect i did on the Autumn leaves pic.
It should work very well with Portraits. Very Happy
