Band Shots From Saturday Night...

My brother-in-law, Tim, asked me to shoot his band on Saturday night...of course, it had to be a dive bar they were playing at!! He owes me big, just for the two drunks that talked to me...and because the band was loud, they had to get REALLY close!!! One of them was kicked out twice...and that was after falling down and not being able to get up on his own!! Anyway, here's a couple of the 200 shots I took...these are the only ones I processed so far...Tim is in blue, the bass player:

PS...I was shocked, Tim sang some Sting...and he was brilliant! Loved it...since the Police are my favorite 80's band!! The first shot is him singing Murder By Numers...he wanted me to delete that one...not a chance!!

Great series Terri - shot #5 does it for me - what a wonderful capture - the roll of sweat, eyes closed - you've captured the man in deep concentration and managed to gain real atmosphere with the angle the light casts - great stuff ~ John
