Summer Sherbert

OK you gourmets.... This is a lovely and refreshing sweet for summer.


SUMMER SHERBERT

Juice 3 oranges
" 3 lemons
Mash 3 bananas
pulp 3 passionfruit (optional)
add
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk

whisk together and freeze, preferably in a flat dish or oblong cake tin.
If you are old !! and have icecream trays that came with the fridge these are perfect. lol
You only need a small slice.
Serve with cream or icecream.

WOW - now that sounds good - I do not have a sweet tooth so usually refuse dessert / pudding but this sound clean and citrus - a real palatte cleanser.
